These guidelines were set up by my surgeon and his practice, and may differ from the guidelines that your surgeon would like you to follow. Please follow the advice of your surgeon.

7 weeks post op
Well, I had my surgery 7 weeks ago, and in that time have lost 32 pounds! I just started running as well, following a program called "Couch to 5K", or C25K. You can find a whole bunch of information about the program through a google search.
