C25K Week 6 Music

The shots on the left are from the day before surgery (11 pounds down from my heaviest) and the shots on the right are from this morning, 8 weeks post op. I can see a little difference... but can't wait to see how these look in 6 months! :o)

7 weeks post op

Well, I had my surgery 7 weeks ago, and in that time have lost 32 pounds! I just started running as well, following a program called "Couch to 5K", or C25K. You can find a whole bunch of information about the program through a google search.

All is going great so far! Check out my YouTube channel to follow my journey.
